Lunch n Learns

The Lunch & Learns offer short, info-packed sessions designed to educate, empower, and connect women navigating the menopause transition as well as the people who are supporting them. You’ll leave with a better understanding, practical tools and resources to support and advocate for your health.

Perfect for workplaces, wellness teams, and groups of women who want honest, evidence-based support and would like to build a supportive community where they work or in their community.

Bring your questions! Leave with clarity.

Men's Info Session

These sessions are designed specifically for men who want to better understand the menopause transition and learn how to support a partner or spouse through it. We’ll cover what’s really happening in the body, how symptoms can affect daily life - all in the context of scotch pairings! Whether you’re looking to strengthen communication, reduce misunderstandings, or simply be there in a more informed way, these sessions provide the tools and insight you need to show up with confidence and care.  And hey, you might get some health information that is important to you as well! This includes a small notebook that follows along with a visual presentation. Bring your curiosity, sense of humour and compassion.

Get your friends together - minimum 4 participants.

$50/person - cheaper than couples therapy!

Menopause and Mindfulness

These monthly drop-in sessions each centre around a meaningful theme related to midlife, menopause, and whole-person wellness.  We will focus on a specific topic, followed by space for honest conversation and shared experiences—with gentle yoga and meditation woven throughout to support nervous system regulation and grounding. You’ll have the chance to connect with others on a similar path in a supportive, judgment-free space. Location is in SE Calgary.  $15 each session.
