We'll have an interactive exploration of exercise, including practical strategies to support strength, mobility, bone health, energy, and long-term health. Questions, discussion, and participation are encouraged.​

Men, Menopause...and Scotch
Supporting Your Partners in the Journey
A light-hearted but informative session designed to help partners better understand the physical, emotional, and relational changes that can accompany menopause. Using the characteristics of different Scotch tastings as a framework, participants will gain insight into the menopausal experience, learn practical ways to offer meaningful support, and explore how understanding can strengthen connection during this transition.
No prior knowledge of menopause—or Scotch—is required. Curiosity, conversation, and a sense of humour are encouraged.
