Menopause Education and Workshops

These engaging, information-packed sessions are designed to help women better understand the menopause transition, feel more confident in their bodies, and connect with others on a similar journey. These sessions are a valuable addition to workplace wellness initiatives, helping organizations build menopause awareness, encourage supportive conversations, and create a workplace where employees feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Each session combines conversation, visual presentation, and practical, evidence-informed information you can take into everyday life. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body, practical tools to support your health, and resources to help you advocate for what you need. 

Sessions are interactive, conversations are encouraged, and content can be customized to meet the interests, needs, location and schedule of participants. 

 

The Great Hormonal Plot Twist
An Introduction to Menopause and the Body Systems

Fatigue, brain fog, disrupted sleep, changing moods, shifting body composition—what is actually happening inside the body during menopause? This foundational session provides a big-picture overview of menopause and the widespread effects hormonal changes can have on multiple body systems, including the cardiovascular, nervous, musculoskeletal, reproductive and urinary systems. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of why symptoms occur and where to focus their efforts to support health and vitality throughout the transition.
