Menopause Transition Info Sessions
A 4-Session Interactive Experience for Women in Midlife and Beyond
This series of four interactive sessions (approximately 2 hours each) is designed to help you better understand the menopause transition and how it affects your whole health. We’ll explore the pillars of well-being—stress, sleep, nutrition, and movement—through a menopause-specific lens, offering practical, evidence-based recommendations you can begin using right away. Whether you're in perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause, or want to know how to prepare for menopause, this program is for you.
What's covered in the sessions?
This 4-part series is designed to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to navigate menopause with confidence. Each session blends science-backed information with practical guidance. You’ll learn how to support your body, align with your values, and make meaningful changes that enhance your well-being through midlife and beyond.
Each session includes a visual presentation and a guided notebook to support learning and reflection. You’ll also have space for open, honest conversations in a safe, supportive environment. A major focus of the program is self-advocacy: how to work effectively with doctors and practitioners, even if they aren’t trained in menopause care.
